Anyone got Reliance Big TV DTH?

Hi,I have got Big TV for my sister yesterday. Unlike Sun direct, for reliance booking you can get the STB from the retailer by paying the starter pack value. This pack includes of RCV's and Starter Kit which is required during the time of activation.The Dish and other accessories will be provided by the technician at the time of installation.Once we buy the STB from the retailer, we need to call up to customer care and request for installation. So they give a work order and from the time of request with 48 HRS the technician will come and install the connection.I have just requested yesterday and i am waiting for the installation. Let us see how it works...The main problem is ... the CC number is always busy on the weekend.. it is very tough to get the call connected.
Best time to call is early morning.

pixelation is still there,but its acceptable but i would like them to increase the quality by about 20% .the pixelation is visible when the image has a shade of grey color or low contrast .
as of now the big tv is far from DVD quality i think they will have to decrease the compression by atleast around 30% if they are going to match DVD quality.
i havent seen the channel cinemax yet,may be they will launch it in future.

well i use a 32inch Sony V series HD LCD, its performance is prety good, but when i used to connect it via RF regular cable and when i put a news channel like CNBC or NDTV Profit the BRAVIA engine gets confused whether to make the image shaper to read text like captions or make it soft for the video so it used to constantly adjust,but that doesnt happen now VIA component out of BIG tv.
the contrast is by far the best in its class of 32inch only beaten by sony W series HD LCD.
i remember people used to recommend toshiba ,Hitachi but the details were no where near the one produced by sony ,since sony has a 100 to 250% contrast advantage over the hitachi,Panasonic,toshiba,LG,Philips.
samsung produces contrast about 10% less then the sony and samsung black levels again cannot match the sony,and sony has a better image processing.
