hey guys i got big tv installed today,and so far i get all the star package,all sports channels,one alliance channels(Sony group,hbo,axn,discovery group etc),so far there is no sun group. well they did not provide a component cable so i used the provided composite cable,and connected all the three wires for component and put my own audio cable for audio.so the sony bravia displays the resolutions as 576i. the video quality is definetly better then the regular cable,the colors are a bit punchier,there is also a hint of more detail visible.i dont know how it fares against other dth providers.but i was hoping some HD channels,i guess i will have to wait for it.i also need to get good component cables,does anyone know some good cables, and no i dont want a monster cable or cables in that range.
well they cannot confirm that,but will most probably not since i spoke to the technician and various customer care people,they still have to finalise the price.they will also launch 5 HD channels,and first one will be launched very shortely.
