Anyone got Reliance Big TV DTH?

All continuously operating equipment (like stb, which is meant to be left on 24 hours) will stabilise within 30 minutes if ventilation is maintained as recommended.Power consumption may give a clue to overheating. What is the specified power consumption of the stb?

It is the wattage rating of the equipment - 60 watt bulb, 100 watt tv etc.

Tata Sky stb consumes 20 watts when in operational mode and 18 watts in standby mode. For a pc, it may be 120 and 10 (varies a lot)

well most of the time .even if it doesnt rain and there are dark clouds the signal is lost.
