Anyone having downtime from yesterday?

Is anyone having downtime on Alliance from yesterday? It started yesterday morning.. and still not back!
Also, customer service phone calls are saying busy all the time! I feel like they are intentionally blocking customer's calls!

There's no downtime on alliance. Contact your LCO and ask him about it.
