As reponsible broadband users we should bring such instances to the notice of the authorities, here are the email-id's. You can also find them on this site
GM (Broadband) [email protected]
GM (Vigilance) [email protected]
Helpdesk [email protected]
they wouldn't even read the mail , and u r thinking they would take some action:hysterical::hysterical:

Customer care may not, but the other two might as it could snowball into something far more serious than we envisage.:)

Thanks!

i bet the GM must have received that mail himself and he would have sent his details already. :P

i had sent email to gm.. or some id... and i did infact get reply from him, but not from helpdesk. this was abt 6months back.helpdesk guys do reply but after 3-4days or after 3-4 emails.

Is [FONT=&quot]:

a known and correct MTNL maintainence unit email address?

I do not see it anywhere on their site!

MTNL unit wud have mtnl.net.in or mtnlmumbai.in like that email address. but even then this can also be forged so u shud always be careful. MTNL wud never ask u for name, address, password details. because they already have them.and email is not a way of verification.
