Anyone using Airtel BB in Bangalore can you open this ?

1.When you used OPENDNS did you get error message like this ?
2.When you used the TinyURL link
WHAT was the error message ?
3.Can you disable your firewall programs ( including Windows)
and try.
4.Is this the only website you cannot access ?
5.Can you try another browser say FireFox ?
6. Start RUn type cmd type ping http::/www...........

Error in FF:
Error in IE8 (don't remember what I was getting in IE7):
Same with the tinyurl link. Have tried disabling the firewall and AV in the past. Yes, this is the only page I cant access. Have tried with three browsers IE,FF,Opera. Ping tests give a complete packet loss.
I know its not a problem with my system. The reasons are: I have two laptops at home- it does not work on either of them. Tried plugging my laptop to neighbors BSNL, the page came right up. Tried to open the page on Airtel Bangalore at a friends place on his pc, it did not come up. Even the Airtel tech said the page is not coming up on Airtel Bangalore. He had some other system with him where it was coming up. The guy said they had some conflict with Airtel Kolkata IP and would speak with the backend team at Kolkata. But he said something and put something else in his report. In his report he put"customer needs to get in touch with the web sire to get the IP changed". Waiting for tomorrow to see that their response is to the new complaint or else the nodal officer.
