apkpure.com is blocked on Excitel with message "Access has been denied because this page may contain potentially illegal content."

on https its giving: An error occurred during a connection to apkpure.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

Few days ago Google started complaining about their mobile app suggesting to uninstall it. It is also not loading over https somehow. Did they get hacked or something?

Excitel app? I don't think this is Excitel's doing, TATA is blocking the site looking at the html of the blocked page. Even https is blocked and it appears TATA is following Airtel, JIO and VI blocking.

This looks like a routing bug. I can't access it on VPN (Surfshark) with India servers (or Excitel) but Singapore servers work fine

Looks like I can access apkpure with cloudflare DoH on FF. But yeah it's unreachable otherwise.
