Apple launches are depressing man... they usually do stuff right. google has failed with cloud integration on the android platform. apple is probably going to get it right. and that would be depressing.

google would spend the next one year in creating something similar. but it still would not be good enough.

as for mac os x lion... wife has a 2.5 year old macbook. still capable enough to run lion i believe. so she would probably get her a copy.

she has been asking a macbook pro. refused flatly. i am not going to get involved in purchase of another apple product in this house. if you want to buy it, get it yourself.
