^^ That is the nature of Android. OEMs can't be bothered to provide latest updates to every handset. Even if we install a custom ROM, we can never be sure of it's genuineness.
This usually does not happen. So I do not think today is any different. Apple servers get overloaded in the initial hours. Otherwise, it is avialable instantly to everyone.
It is available for everyone. Was made available 1030 PM IST. Downloading it on my IP5 and iPad 2. The downloading is a bit clunky though, have got errors 3 times on my phone, due to overload on servers I guess.
Does it resume properly now? Apple iTunes used to be unable to resume. I imagine OTA should be much smaller and should resume properly?
I assume the OTA update for iOS7 will be a large file as a lot of things have changed.
