One thing is for sure. Google has messed up on a lot of fronts that Apple is delivering on. Google Voice integration in Android is a mess. I cannot do voice chat using Hangouts on Android. The fragmented Google Drive and Google+ Photos and Google Music is stupidity. The mess they have created with Google Auto Upload is so bad I have no idea how Google's implementation even works like.

By the way, OS X would use Bing for web results on Spotlight. So Apple users would get more bing for their buck in the future!

Apple has also launched a new platform Home Kit for home automation. Google of course is also working on this and they recently acquired Nest for the same purpose. But it's Apple that would take away all third party developer support now.
