Applying for Reliance Broadband connection in Gurgaon!

got a call from the reliance sales guy who had landed at my place.

he is literally pleading with me to get the connection.

he says that there is too much pressure created on them if a connection is canceled.

i feel sorry for the guy. if only they had called me to install the connection 2-3 hours earlier, i would have given them a go.
If u really need the connection just ask him to give the connection & you can pay the required amt thru online...ofcourse from the Reliance broadband connection

shows the crappy reliance sales man mentality when he is ready to sell me a connection knowing that i just need it for 20 days. he is just worried about his commission.

feel pity on me. i am paying 1500 for a service that i might not need in the first place. i would only find out when i get the bill for the current month. i am expect to see a bill of around 2000-2200. knowing airtel it could be way into five figures.

so its 6pm today. no reliance guy called me up. looks like they are in for another cancellation.

reliance dudes just landed at my place. the sales guy had promised it would be installed yesterday. told them not interested. the sales guy is calling me again. the installation guys looked like cable guys. i wonder why reliance cannot get some professionalism and get them uniforms. i mean i understand sales guy not wearing a reliance uniform. but installation guys? they need to learn some stuff from airtel.

Airtel guys have a uniform? Never saw one if they do. Not with the field technicians atleast. They always dropped in in whatever they were wearing - and that means whatever

weird. i think they already have airtel logo embossed shirts. i could be wrong though. but at least they do not look like cable guys.
