Keep your fingers crossed and keep 2-3 sets of documents. 1 final day them might come back and ask you to submit the documents again.

from what i see, i am going to use this connection for just one month. in fact only till airtel sorts out their backend and fix my shit. i had continue with reliance if they had their now discontinued plans. their site still talks about two plans... 1500 for 1mbps day 2mbps night and 2300 2mbps ul. the only other plan other than the 999 1mbps ul was something costing around 2800 i think which had 8mbps (heh) till 60GB and 1mbps after that. made no sense taking that.

need some information. if i am correct, reliance logs you out after every six hours. am i right?

Once you get the connection, you wont' have to worry. It is getting in touch with the customer care which is a PITA. Most of the time they don't even know what's happening and why. This might prove to be a good trial, and one where you kick of Airtel for good. However, are you getting one of those earlier non FUPd policies, or are these the recent ones with stupid limits?

i applied for the 999 plan. i think it still is 1mbps UL. just need it for 20/25 days (i hope).

there are no decent plans available above 1mbps. no one seems to have a solution for the login screen requirement. upload speeds are supposed to be bad on reliance broadband.

For login screen... simple curl script shud do. which you can put in autostart folder of windows as a batch file.

i used to do this for tata broadband.

basically curl batch file wud be something like this:
curl -d username=XXX -d password=XXX http://loginpage/form/action

ofcourse this is just a skeleton.. but its very easy.
