Thats wht I was telling. Think from their point of View. How will they process termination or any query on your account untill they have your Account number with them. Bcoz only airtel and vodafone provisioning softwares support finding details by name. So in this case, they even can't do that too. Wait Wait, I think they too have a software where they can search your details by name, but I think they are avoiding to put efforts.

heh yeah. i now have some identification numbers. still no customer number. and i have till september 9 to sort out this issue.
