Apps in Jio store are different based on STB model ?

So I have IPSTB JMC20211
i don't think its new cause its manufactured in 11/2018 and it has Android 7

the options he has in Jio store are lot more compared to mine
So can anyone tell me whether its true?
And what is the model of Latest JIO STB?

So should i upgrade?

@NARUTO7 I have the same model and i don't have some of the apps like jio pages and jio call. Do u see these apps in ur stb?

They were pre installed in mine.

Do u get discovery HD, animal planet HD, discovery turbo/science on ur jio tv+ app on ur jio stb? I see it in app on phone but not on stb. I have rarely used the stb but 3 days ago when I put it on it had an update, last one was 2018.

As far as I know, these channels are not there on the STB.

Also 'I see it in app on phone' by this if you mean the Jio TV app, then understand that the Jio TV app is different from the Jio TV+ app on the STB. The Jio TV+ app is just a collection of all the content available on different OTT applications. If a particular channel is not there in any OTT app, you cannot watch it.
