this slow streaming and slow webpage loading been happening for past one week. i spoke my circle JE and he said there some problem in bangalore node and many areas in south india are affected and its going to get fixed in couple days.

download WINMTR and do a traceroute to your game server, you will packet losses at bsnl nodes..

SNR is a bit low and attenuation is a bit. Ask the line man for a clean line..

I am using BSNL Broad Band 4 MBPS plan and below are my details SNR and Line Authentication, I am facing frequent disconnection and the green light for ADSL goes of and on all the time..

SNR Value:::
Downstream - 34.1 db
Upstream - 25.8 db

Line Authentication:::
Downstream - 13.4 db
Upstream - 6.8 db

Data Rate::
Downstream - 4096 KBPS
Upstream - 509 KBPS

Out Power:::
Downstream - 17.4 dbm
Upstream - 7.2 dbm

SpeedTest.net

Speed :- Download 2.65 Mbps and Upload 0.24 Mbps

@hotwap What is considered good DSL Noise margin / SNR ?
Higher the SNR value the better, lower the Attenuation the better.
Tell the line man or call bsnl to increase the signal strength from their side. Also consider replacing the phone line if you hear noise on the phone.
