Are VoIP Services or SIP Settings available in Airtel Xstream Fiber Broadband?

I just checked. Pinging the SIP server IP works successfully but the hostname ping fails with unknown host error. 
The /etc/hosts can only be edited if you have root access. I have rooted multiple devices before but unfortunately I am currently using an IQOO device which is tough to root.

Finally Zoiper has started working. 
@tr1k0N4 Thanks for the SIP IP. I was using 10.5.70.3 and it kept failing.
I changed it to 10.5.70.19 in the Zoiper app and it worked.
My PC host file config: - Airtel VOIP settings

@DJDPK - I mean the SIP Password. I am using Airtel AOT5221ZY ONT Device. From what I've read in the forum so far is about the SIP Passwords for Nokia and Huawie ONT devices.
Just for a context - I am trying to configure my Grandstream IPPBX to work with Airtel SIP line.
Any guidance for me to be able to get SIP password would be much appreciated.

The ONT I am using is made by GX group Titanium 2122. It has nothing to do with Nokia but still the SIP password was set to Nokia@1 on my ONT by Airtel Fiber people. I checked it by doing an inspect element and searching for password in the html source file.
You can also do an inspect element and try searching for it. You may/may not be able to find it depending on the way ZyXEL might have encoded it.
But in case you don't find it, try once with Nokia@1

Thanks @DJDPK, I did try Nokia@1, but it didn't work. May be its something regional, they pre-configure the ONT boxes differently in different circles. I did try inspect element, however they have very smartly hidden that.
In the mean time I was able to get by PSTN line to work with my IPPBX, but thats not ideal, SIP is always prefered.
Question: if I am using SIP, must I be connected through the same device and ISP? So example, my office has Nokia ONT devices, can I try to register SIP trunks using the address from Nokia devices on my PBX which is not connected to internet through the same ONT, but a different ONT device?
