Are you guys getting full speeds on new plans?. Is it worth to switch from 1277 to 999, if plans are once avail to all ssa's?

So my cousin in Pune had been complaining of BSNL FTTH issues since he updated to 300 Mbps plan. He claimed BSNL is crap as he can only get Download speeds of 220 Mbps and upload speeds of just 130 Mbps via CAT6 ethernet cable to his PC. He was using D-Link gigabit router which was ₹1500 purchased 3 yrs back. Since I was visiting him yesterday, I told me I will bring my own Asus RT-AX86U to his place and we will check speeds again. Since his ONU was in bridge mode, it was mere plug and play and configure PPPOe.
On Asus, we got 310 Mbps down and 305 Mbps up.
So it was clear that ₹1500 junk is incapable of 200 Mbps and above speeds. You guys need better networking gear.
I agree that this particular Asus model is ₹20k + in India, there are still newer cheaper models available around 10k which will have better CPU to handle higher speeds and better Wireless performance.

@Sam.onE One should not save others password, i don't know what he's gonna check using other's WIFI.

Actually I need my upload speed to be stable. That's why i made this question over here.
Thanks to everyone replied here with speed test results. I already accepted that BSNL has no clue regarding routing, as a budding streamer i can only have >60mbps upload speed on 1277 plan . I really don't wanna loose that for going 200mbps . but I want more data so that i can stream at high bit rate constantly .
@abhijit2020 my LCO (whatsapp forward msg).

Yes and no. I'm on Fibre Ultra Plan. Download speeds are 300 Mbps and Upload around 150-160 Mbps. Guess BSNL is happy with the glass half full type.

Yes. I'm on 1499 plan. I get 250-300Mbps almost all the time.
