Could kill doesn't necessarily translate to 'is able to'. She did fuck him up pretty good when he had to resort to firing canons on his own men to get away from her.
She is still young in MCU as compared to comics. In comics she was able to wipe out all mutants with just three words "No more Mutants". But in MCU, she still hasn't figured out the full extent of her powers which is what will be explored in WandaVision and her upcoming movie with Doctor Strange. The popular theory surrounding it is that the loss of Vision will cause her to go mad and she will end up opening Multiverse in a fit of rage which is where Strange would step in to help her figure out her powers and deal with the mess of opening up the Multiverse.
