BBG Combo ULD 1425

hi,

i am using bbg combo uld 1425 from last month.i am staying in cuddalore,tamil nadu.according to the plan i should get 4mbps till 30 gb in tamil nadu.but after 20gb it got capped to 512kbps.i believe last month i got 4mbps till 30gb.what are my options?can anyone help?also i would like to know about bbg speed combo2799​

Better talk to the SDE of your exchange. I think special offers are only for Chennai circle. Other parts of TN gets same tariff as whole of India.

Chennai has 20 GB, it is the rest of Tamil Nadu which has 30 GB.

Its the same as rest of India for now, the chennai portal had a seperate pdf, but was removed some 2 months ago.

I have seen that BBG Combo ULD 1425 giving me only 256Kbps DL speed on 59 series of IP. So anyone have this plan on 59 series of IP and facing similar problem ? Kindly reply.

I guess you can ask them to put you on 117.xx range.
