It was 12.36% last year and 10.3% was a few years back and since April it has changed to 14%.

it was 5% ten years back

5 to 7 to 8 to 10 to 12 to 14 now.
edit was reduced once during 2008 fiscal stimulas package if i remember right.

Just migrated to this plan..and they have kept my down rate stream to 4096, and I'm getting about 3-3.5 Mbps..Hoping to get 1-1.5Mbps after FUP as well..[emoji14]
