Be careful about Security Update for Windows XP (KB951748)

today when my PC installed the update..my Eset antivirus..detected it as a trojan and deleted it :mad:
 
it's security update for DNS in Windows Server 2003, in Windows XP, and in Windows 2000 Server (client side). it might be blocking DNS.
