HI jughead4,I am facing the exact same issue as faced by you ie "i also noticed that youtube is not working with beam's connection (2mbps) ...it works fine on my bsnl 512kbps connection but on beam's connection it dosent work dosent get past the spinning wheel of the player ".I have Airtel broadband ADSL where youtube and downloads are working fine. But it does not work at all on beam cable.If you have found the resolution for this issue, please let me know.ThanksSulakshan

Guys,below TATA dns servers work great for beam203.124.250.70203.124.230.21try them and check if youtube loading is better or not for you

yeah youtube also gets buffers on a 2mbps package but it should not try Tata dns
203.124.250.70
203.124.230.21

But Beam DNS Servers work well For me

Yeah.. Beam's DNS is quite slow. Try out UsingNameBench - namebench - Project Hosting on Google Code to find out the fastest DNS for you.

Using Benchname i got the following resuls:

123.176.37.38
123.176.37.37

Are fastest Dns servers.
Google dns Servers are found out to be Fast for browsing. downloading It sucks on my isp!
