RechargeItNow.com doesn't support Tata Docomo's STV (Special Tariff Voucher) Recharge.
So it won't activate the GPRS plan when you recharge for Rs 48, it would be topup amount.
Try ezrecharge.in instead.
ezrecharge.in support all Tata Docomo's STVs.
Choose "DocomoSpecial" as Service Provider upon doing the recharge.
It would activate the Plan that is meant for the recharge amount.
I recharged for 160 Rupees and got 350 minutes talk time in Tata Docomo.
But ezrecharge would charge 7 Rupees extra for facilitating the STV Recharge.

But is the transaction through ezrecharge secure? I don't see any SSL certificate from Verisign or any others.
You are not going to provide your Bank Account or Credit Card details in ezrecharge.in for the website to be secure.
ezrecharge.in would transfer you to CCAvenue or EBS secure payment processing websites wherein you would be providing your confidential information.
If you want to keep your Mobile Number, Operator Name and Circle confidential, then do not use ezrecharge.in to recharge your mobile account.

One suggestion for ezrecharge : Reduce your service charge. Currently the service change is more than 10% which is simply too much. A simple charge of Rs.5 per transaction is better.

Why even bother to deal with these jokers. Sick company with poor work ethics, bad network, error in network, call dropouts, incoming fails. no customer service. Hold phone for 30 minutes to call them and still no solution. Send them email - you get only canned messages.bad company, just avoid them by all means, if you value your business, time and money. Don;t waste your hard earned money on this clueless jokers.After 2 weeks of struggle they even failed to register my complaint about my problems with their network. Contacted them by phone, email, online chat, nothing worked.FLUSH YOUR TATA DOCOMO DEVICES, SIMS IN TOILET AND GET RELIEF.
