Beetel 450BXI acting weird

Hello all,I recently changed to windows 7 and have noticed my router acting strangely. When there is no activity going on the pc and not even my laptop has been switched on, it seems that the router's WLAN light blinks every 10 seconds or so and I have no idea where the data is being sent. I find this to be odd and am feeling paranoid that someone else might be trying to access my pc. Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated since airtel cc = sad panda's and they say I have a virus... (idiots)Thanks

open resmon and check the network tab.

What do I check for in that? How do I know there is intrusion?

it shows you any/all network connections that are made and by what file

TCP/IP connections are working fine as all are at 192.168.1.2 and some are IPv4 local loopback. So what I'm not getting is that where the WLAN data is being sent...Also my lan ports are not working properly somehow. I have to reboot and switch ports as either one fails to detect the network. This is getting very frustrating...
