Best affordable MTNL Broadband Plans for heavy downloaders in Delhi?

No one was picking phone at 1504, so i called at 1500 instead and have submitted the request for change of plan. They are saying plan will take effect from 1st of April.

Hi,
I have changed the plan from 599 combo to 800 combo. Now I m facing the strange problem.
When I am trying to download through links, speed is fine. However, when I am using utorrent to download, speed is in the range of 4-10 kB/s ( in the night when speed increases to 2 mbps).
Strangely, when I was in my previous plan, I used to get the speed of 50-55 kB/s. But when I have upgraded to higher plan, speed has reduced to 4-10 kB/s!!!!!
Please advise..

MTNL has given me Wi-Fi modem DNA-A212 which is 802.11g. I usually get only three bars in Wi-Fi strength icon. Is this modem good for 2 mbps Wi-Fi connection or should I ask MTNL to provide me with better modem?
Does MTNL also has 802.11n Wi-Fi modems? Please advise...
