even i have placed a broadband plan change request on the udaan site just now... wil it change my plan??update: just called them on 1504 and told them the lead id. they say that plan will get changed within 4 days.. what say?
 
i just called up in the local csc at goa. they are telling plan change does not happen with an online request. they hace never come across such thing as online plan change. i will have to give a written application and plan will change from next month.. lol
 
Bluffing. I have witnessed a lot of successful reports. But you need to verify your identity. In some circle, BSNL reps come to your home and verify, in some you need to go to exchange with proof. But still much faster than manual application to these kind of people.
 
ya maybe... they even sent me a sms stating a bsnl executive by the name :kashiram desai" :D will contact me regarding the lead. but the csc people telling that hes a lineman.. i am checking my usage site regularly for any order related updates.. lets cnow i dialled 1504 again. this is in pune. yest they were telling plan will change within 4 days. now another chap asking me to give written request and that many ppl complaining about online plan change service flaws and its safer to give it in writing... :D
 
Out here too, once you place your request online, they come to your house to collect a letter written to the commercial officer requesting for a plan change.It doesn't matter whether the person who collects the letter is a sales person or a lineman .
 
It happens exactly as x720 said. I have already posted a thread "A missing complaint" regarding the same.
Online requests are literally of no big use. You still have to give it in writing that you want to change your BB ULTD plan from x to y from certain date.
I asked the guy today if the online plans are available as per this link --> .:COMBO BB Unlimited:.
He looked like he had no clue. I have posted the same in need of some information regarding the same.
I am waiting to see what BSNL will do now. Will they give me something they have written online or they would lose another customer (makes no difference to them, i guess anyway).
