Best d/l speed for torrents?

what's the best torrent client to use? am using bittorrent 6.0.3 but my d/l speed rarely goes above 60 kB/s no matter how many torrents i d/l. Limewire on the other hand gives me speeds of 200 kB/s constantly. My plan is 849 NU.

best clients are utorrent and azureus. try torrents from a private site, they always max out my connection.

i use utorrent 1.8.5 as i feel that its is still the best. besides i only dl/upload from private sites only coz the hate the HnR jerks on the public ones
