That's quite normal. It is not necessary that the phone will charge at the same speed all the time. Voltage / Ampere is adjusted depending upon various factors like if the phone is in use, on standby, network condition, etc.

Which Samsung charger are you using model #? And I hope it is a genuine one. :)

As Nishant said voltage and amps + charging speed will vary depending on various factors including phone in use (background tasks, network strength), charge level of battery, age/capacity of battery, temperature etc. Li-ions are sensitive to high temps and you should avoid 2 things: charging in high temperatures (sunlight) and of course using screwed up cheap chargers. Do NOT compromise on the charger and your battery will last you a long time.

Try doing a like to like comparison for e.g. wattage of the charger should be the same.

My multi port samsung charger refered to earlier charges at 65W but that port is meant for tabs and laptops while suggested for phones is 25-45W chargers. I use the 20 or 45 watt port or just the stand alone 25W charger. They are both fast enough for me. I have a S23U.

Even my OP11 is charged using them, not the OP 100W or something charger that came with the phone. TBH I prefer to do a slow charge at 15-25W rather than those blazing fast chargers unless I am in a hurry. I have some old 2A Samsung chargers as well. I am not throwing them away.

Wanted to ask - hows the feedback or your experience with Ugreen chargers?

@Chip am using the original adapter I guess of samsung 45w you can also try using the samsung one and a Belkin or any other if you have surely there will be a difference in time. 6 minutes is nothing but still this doesnt give me peace at all.
ugreen is nice only con is that its plug is too light and it topples from my extension board easily but that can be ignored but its pretty solid
ugreen charges my mothers iPhone + watch+ airpods+ a OnePlus 9r

review for ugreen 65W 4 Port Charger
The product is no doubt of great quality, but the 2 Pin plug is a misfit here. It does not sit tightly in sockets and there is a possibility of the whole item falling down due to the loose fit and the overhang. Will replace it then return it. Not made for Indian sockets maybe?

this is the reason why i do not like the raegr 1150 and the samsung charger being sold in the market.

this is the samsung charger that came in-box with s10 lite. this is a much stable design. i don't know why they have two different designs for the same charger. they call the above model a travel adapter and i do not think it is any compact compared to the regular version that used to ship with phones. below model does not appear to be on sale.

CMF has a similar design and it is quite stable even with three cables. raegr 1160 has a similar design but the charger quality is the problem. ugreen with four cables was always going to be a problem. for four cables, it is just best to get a brick design like the Belkin model. too bad they are not very popular in india. i have two from anker and both have been fantastic products and have lasted for years now without any issue.

yes most common of samsung is the white one which every shopkeeper sells on asking for a simple charger regardless of which phone you have :ROFLMAO:
also wirebin is great it really tidies up the place

Belkin and CMF ones are permanent now
and cmf one is very stable and fits very tightly to board unlike the ugreen one
