nope. maybe u need to check the permissions of ur locally installed firewall.

am using no firewalls...seems the NAT in the router is creating the prob...done some changes...try now...else i'll have to disable NAT in the router...

its a ftp client + server solution. you can let your system act as a ftp server which others can connect to and download/upload stuff.
