Best Mobile Plan

Hi Guys,I make roughly 700 Minutes/Month to a Reliance GSM in Orissa, 200 Minutes/Month to a Aircel GSM In Orissa. I send roughly 300 SMS to Reliance GSM In Orissa. Please suggest best Mobile Phone Plan to me in DELHI. Suggest both Prepaid & Postpaid, but i guess, POstpaid is preferable.Budget Max 900 Bucks/Month.By any means, any Plan close to something like "Peer-to-peer" free call time, I guess some years back Reliance had this during night!Thanks.
