3. Changed DNS Server to 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1 ( Cloudflare DNS ) in router configuration.🌐
4. Changed DNS Server in Windows 10 Wifi Adapter to Cloudflare for both IPv4 & IPv6.💻

@mahadevan_iyer , You could set the DNS server only on the device assigning DHCP (your router?). Step#4 for individual devices can be made redundant. Also, if using cloudflare, you could consider using their malware filter (1.1.1.2, details here) You could also check this link.

@mahadevan_iyer MTU, MRU is not as much as about speed as it is about congestion in network traffic. Loosely, imagine big vehicles on road on separate lanes creating congestion.

Also, in addition to @eriek_halenx suggestion, you can use YogaDNS (not open source though) and split queries to several resolvers.

Thankyou @eriek_halenx & @sloj for suggestion.

I had changed DNS in Router Config. 1.1.1.3 & 1.0.0.3.

but still, the WIFI adapter config overrides the DHCP router. When ipconfig /all , I get this.
