BEWARE OF ACT Broadband !They Cheat Customers.....

Hi,Customer id-505623,User Name-10699310,I Gave a shifing request last month as i was changing my address, ACT People told connection is not available in Rajajinagar 3rd Block my complain no-0001865979,(Refund amount RS 188/-),(No other option as i have to disconnect)though i have received a sms saying that complain has been resolved on 5th April,But still i have not received any DD from ACT..INTERESTING PART IS THAT
Recently i came to know that act people has cheated me by saying that there was no Port for new connection,as my owner was not agreed for some Box to be fixed to our building,then act people gave me another option saying to buy some personal Port which can be installed in my room,costing RS 2100/-but what i came to know that all these are false claim,there is free port in the same building Flat no-563,52nd cross,3rd Block,Rajajinagar,..Why this sort of cheating with existing customer,even I gave a new connection request & Act people are ready to give new connection but not Transfer???Why such cheating policy is taken by Act?Need to know why ACT people are doing like this,this will not last long,by doing this you people will loose customers,not gain...Shame.!!!!!!My Request is to all think 500 times before going for ACT...THEY KNOW ONLY CHEATING............................................................
 
So true chromaniac.. probably act wants to make money by giving new connection not transferring as I see act will shutdown in some time given hathway is offering 50mbps.. and I have to say hathway csr are too dumb as I think who will have brains working for 5k p.m it was more like playing with a mental street dog pathetic on top of that I cut the call after deciding no point in talking after 10mins
