Act Broadband billing is totally fraud!They cheat customers

My Details are as follows:
Name Roopneet Singh
Customer ID: 175789
Contact no.8762804399
I have been charged incorrectly for March month.I made a request for downgrade of my plan from ACT Indulge to ACT freedom on 27th February for which I got email from ACT team that it will be done by 1st March EOD.
But even then they have charged me for ACT indulge in march month and customer care has not clue because they have been caught red handed this time.I will drag them to consumer court this time.
