Recently i got new bharat fiber connection, our old landline connection is disconnected and its currently out of order. Also the new telephone number is not working. whenever i calling that number it says number does not exist. Also i seeked Aseem plan with fiber connection. Currently both landline numbers not working. But fiber connection is working well. Does anyone have similar problem?

Ya... Fiber Telephones of BSNL are not that great.. I also had that issue which got rectified on its own.. Still from particular carriers it says invalid number like if someone calls me from Mahrashtra Airtel number.

When did you got the FTTH connection..
Most likely they have not provisioned your Voice over FTTH (Only number allocated but the Voice profile is not done)

If you add +91 it will say number does not exist.

Thats what my experience with Bharat fibre landline.
I am from Assam
And when i dial just with STD code 0361Xxxxxxx
It works

It's a paid service where an old disconnected landline can still be kept active with call forwarding facility. So the incoming calls on that old number are diverted to existing number, which can be FTTH number or mobile number of any operator.

I know that, but what is the setup given to the OP? Old FTTH to new FTTH number, or to a mobile number, that is what I want to know. I am in need of getting it for myself thats why

@rockjustin3 How is it free? It's a paid service and it will be added to your FTTH bill later on postpaid basis.

Update: okay I just read it's free for first four months on shifting from copper to fiber of BSNL.
