Big TV on PC using DVB-S/S2 card

Hello All,

I would like to see BigTV on PC using DVB/S/S2 card and reliance smart legal card
I have gone through the following sources

I also understand following
- DVB-S supports MPEG2-TS and DVB-S2 supports MPEG4
- Indian operators like TATA and DishTV supports DVB-S (MPEG2) and Reliance and others support DVB-S2(MPEG4)

Please let me know if setup in above post still works with DVB-S2 card and Infinity card reader
Which DVB-S/S2 card nowadays work?
Which Card reader you recommend to buy?
Softcam setup with newcs is it still functional?
