Please Help me guys
I bucked with the Reliance Big
TV DTH service and very Very bad experience from Customer care centre. i
took the Big TV with lots of hopes but Big Tv disappointed me with their service / customer care centre
15 days back installed the BigTV at my place stil from day one the setup box have some problem first i
contacted my dealer tht i have problem he told it take some time 48 hours to set all process. i waited upto
one week after that i given complaint on 13th december saying that.
I have a problem whenever i change the channel or press the menu button it take some time to change and
some time it will hang. Big TV execute said that our technician visit to ur place with in 48 hours i after 48
hours i called to customer care they are saying tht problem resolved compaint has been closed where i not
got a call from the technicain nor he visted my place to check the same process repeats till 18th december for
all compalints on 19 th december i had bad experience from Big TV customer executive i said Big tV serivce
is not upto the mark he told me that then why u went for Big TV u have lot of options u might u have
choosen another service. i asked him this is the not the way to speak with customer in thsi way he said like
if u talk like that we also talk like this.
On 20th december again i called the customer to know the status this time they started a new story that my
Pin code is worng that why tehy are unable to laocte my place where as when ever i give a complaint every
time they use to confirm my mobile number and address with pin code. as requested they updated the
pincode also he asked me to wait upto 24 hours means 21 december 2008 upto 4 p.m. let me see that they
do. again if i calle them what they give me the answer.
This time very bad experince with customer executive I request to Big TV higher supervisores/higher
officials teach to your employees how to speak with customers to talk in proper manner and professional
manner.

[email protected] lot of times i never received a single
e-mail nor any phone call.
I disapponted and fustratted with Bigtv. after having very bad experince i releaised tht unnecessary i
choosed the Big TV DTH.
Please let me know guys tht one point to whom i have to contact for this issue. for an immedeate action.
