BigTv is really Bad, Poor & Pathetic (Specially Service, Installation & Customer Staisfaction)

I just wanted to share my experience as well so that others are aware when they are thinking of Big TV. I am in Bangalore.I have installed my bigTv yesterday. Those idiot :@ installation engineers were not able to activate it yesterday & said that they will activate it in half an hour. But it didnt happen. Even after three hours it was not activated. Now that guy is not picking up my phone (and some times switch off his cell). Off topic if you guys have time call & abuse this guy : 09480012719. Ok after two hours (8 PM) I called Customer service, CC guy said that it will be activated in two hours and filed a complaint (C No. 77535746). After two hours (10 PM) I called them again. CC guy said that it will take 48 hours to rectify the problem. I said it was only two hours he said it is not possible and he sorry that I had been given wrong information.YV not working yet. Next morining I called again to check status. CC guy said that the Case has been closed :@. I abused him for some time, then I have asked them to re file the complaint (C. No. 7754281). Even till now 12 hours after no update. Nothing is changed. So in short:1. Relaince installation guys are bullshit. Abuse them, and do the social well fare. Number is given. even sms will do. In this whole scenario this guy switched off his phone when ever I was calling him.2. Relaince will close Cases without actually solving them.3. They will make false promises and keep you waiting. I am not the only one saying that.So new customers be-aware.

well now u came to know about reliance .. i know that their cc services is worst befor one year . their mobile services is also very poor.. i too faced sim ilar problem in my old mobile number.. just sell it to some one..
 
once i phoned to a reliance cc from my frnd mob( never ever dared to take a reliance connection for me )... and asked about new scheme the lady asked me after hearing my query """"bas issi ke liye phone kiya"""?:redface:but the bottom line is that if closely study reliance they make customer for lucrative scheme and then charge heavy ( including the price for ads) from cutomer
 
The worst service I have ever faced.I have raised a compliant 15 days back. There is no one to handle it. Customer care fellow....no care in that....bullshit. CC is thrash. Pelase don't go for this. Dont waste your money. You wont get proper person,proper guidelines but you complaint will be closed.just waste of money.I never heard a person saying positive thing on reliance CC.
 
Guess, they will take time to improve, rome was not bulit in a day ...:whistle:

We faced lot of problems with those BIG TV CC people. Basically, they are village people...they are ignorant. They don't know whats the problem and they say 48 hrs simply. If you call again it might change. They don't even think or try to understand the problem.

I saw lot of complaints on big tv CC. Worst Service!!! They have their centre in Chennai.

Dushie always supports BIG TV...don't know why ?

they have localized centres throught india,only their technical team is located in chennai which big TV cc pass on the tech problems and questions.
