Bing Chat Installer: Microsoft BGAupsell/BCILauncher Malware

Very nasty behavior from Microsoft.

Origin of this popup is two nasty files in Temp Folder in Windows Directory named BingChatInstaller.EXE and BCILauncher.EXE. Though based on online information, they have changed names and keep on changing the popup message.
