Blank calls, what to do?

A friend is getting blank calls from a particular number. Also, messages. Some are very vulgar. This is really annoying and irritating. The friend has a Vodafone connection.What should I do about this? Does Voda provide call-blocking services in such cases? How much does it cost? I read that it costs Rs 99 per month. That is a bit too much. Any other suggestions on what should the friend do?

I thnk the best thing you should do is go to the police station and lodge a formal complaint. The police will track the number and do the needful.

The way you have written, I guess your friend is a girl. If she complains in the police station, the chap who is troubling her is gonna have a very hard time. This is tantamount to eve teasing, and is punishable.
