ET has learnt that while the delivery executives across the Delhi-National Capital Region plan to continue protesting over the coming days, the company will continue to go ahead with its plan to roll out the changed payout structure across more stores.

“The company had anticipated disruption prior to the rollout of the new structure from Monday but it is trying to educate the delivery executives about the benefits. Blinkit executives have been on the field talking to protesting workers,” a company executive told ET.

In a statement on Wednesday, a Blinkit spokesperson had said that the company believed this to be “a positive step for our partner ecosystem, as it is fair to them and our customers”.
