yeah that appears to be true. SIL used to order completely from BigBasket. Now it is mostly Blinkit. BB deliveries would come at times when she would be out and someone else had to collect the orders. With Blinkit, you pretty much can wait for 10 minutes and accept the deliveries yourself.
