Bluestacks stuck at intializing screen

Hi Sir i am new to this forum and want to ask you that when i am launching it is stuck at intialising screen please help me.

I have a nvidia 210 graphic card and its supported it actually worked for 4 days. It got heart attack just yesterday.
Cardiologist said i am mad. Another patient said to post here

Seems Bluestacks has changed the way they handled Memory of the system.
I used to have it on my Laptop, for about 6 months regular usage, then a couple of months back I had to Clean up partition and didn't installed it
recently I installed it and it makes my system BEG for mercy, its a Pentium dual core with 4GB RAM and 64bit Win7, but now it just hangs and
in last 2-3 attempts I was unable to run it.
So I am sure either its a Bug, or they are loading too much for a basic system to handle, which is a curse, if they are able to bring
android to a PC, it should be smartly scale-able instead of being so HEFTY in resource usage.
