Blurry Prints from Adobe Acrobat Reader

I am trying to print some documents that are in PDF format.

They appear absolutely fine and of high quality but when I print them, they appear fuzzy and blurry.

For example this is what I printed (it's not an image file):

I've tried to check the settings:

I think this was the culprit, it was on 'better':
