@gomfi MTNL is not using CG-NAT. We get new dynamic IPs assigned every 23 hr. There is no need to have CG-NAT on IPv6 as the IP range availability is far too large to exhaust anytime soon.
@gomfi to be honest, MTNL Delhi's FTTH plans are amongst the best in India. Go check them out.
However, MTNL Mumbai's plans are not so much value for money. Surprising how both behave like different entities with zero co-ordination between them.
