I decided to watch it in 1080i and well it was all worth it. Good bye Breaking Bad!
"Breaking Bad was 62 episodes. The 62nd element on the table is samarium which is used as the primary drug to treat lung cancer."
This is too good to be a coincidence.

It was a comment on Facebook that i stumbled onto. Kudos to however did the research and posted it. And also this is another that i found :

Felina also refers to a girl in the song whose cassette was shown in Car

Oh it works very well. But the other, more straightforward reference proved to also be true. “Felina” is a reference to a song called “El Paso” by Marty Robbins. We saw a clear shot of a Marty Robbins cassette. (You still use cassettes, New Hampshire? Adorable.) Then the song played as Walt got up the wherewithal to drive to New Mexico. “Just get me home” he said to someone (God?), “I’ll do the rest.” The pertinent lyrics are as follows:
I saddled up and away I did go,
Riding alone in the dark.
Maybe tomorrow
A bullet may find me.
Tonight nothing’s worse than this
Pain in my heart.

^ Thanks for posting that! Those are very good theories, And also there are various things that i missed that they have mentioned clearly.

i wonder how they manage to close the the entire finale with episode 16. I just got off with episode 15 and its no where close to a end, hell a brand new season can just pop right now :D

not a very satisfying ending heh want more :D, no wonder they were looking to make more seasons :D
