Bridge mode for D-Link GLB502T and TrendNet TEW-432BRP

Recently I have purchased TEW-432BRP wireless router for home use. My existing wired configuration is D-Link 502T ADSL modem for BSNL 500 combo plan. After lot of efforts and follow up with [TrendNet]customer care I was able to make PPPoE connection working with wireless router, but if I set ADSL modem to Bridge mode everything falls down i.e. not able to connect broadband through that.So any help there?

I find bridge mode more safe to schedule night downloads, which is not possible or easy in PPPoE.

Try connecting to LAN port instead of WAn port of trend wifi router.
