broadband connection problem in EKM-RAS-CSR-01 Kerala

yes ,facing problem in dataone connection from EKM-RAS-CSR-01 00:e0:fc:3e:80:89 .three days and they havent fixed yet. connection cant authenticate.also ,link stability is verrry less.anyone else facing problems in Kerala?esp EKM?

Isnt this 59.93.0.1 ? I am facing no problems with this concentrator. Actually this is the only concentrator which gives me 230+ kBps speeds. I guess almost all of the 59.xx.xx.xx subscribers (in Kerala) are connected to this AC.
