i have applied for change of broadband plan from 'home 250' to 'home 500 c'on 23/10/08.how many days will it take for changing plan.will it change from 1st of next month(1/11/08).
Yes usually on 1st. To be on safe side check your usage portal daily.with your 14digit portal ID and password. ( to be got from Exchange )Do not start D/L heavily now itself, or even on 1st November NU .Home 500 should appear as provisioned in "MY ORDERS"
