Broadband plan not migrated yet !

I just call MTNL helpline as their http://register.bol.net.in is showing all kinds of error it can ,they say my broadband plan still has not been changed to 590NU ..Huh .I gave them the application on 14th may2007 and still they have not changed my broadband plan .Now what I call them .This really sucks

Wait till 4-5 PM in the evening..if they still dont change it then u can take a copy of ur application and submit it at Kidwai Bhawan.

Hmm, and the usage site not opening is a common problem, it will be so till 2-3 of this month. It happens every month without fail from 30th, 31st to 2nd, 3rd of the month, the site does not work. Get used to it.

Nope wait till 2nd or 3rd of the month that too if sat & sun don't come between.Last month my plan was changed on may2nd that too in evening. Never make guesses with mtnl.

yup even my plan got changed on 2nd or 3rd i think.i just called to change my plan yesterday(ie 31st) and asked them to change it by today. she said it might not get changed by today but surely by tomorrow. lets see when they change my plan now.

yes, correct...plan change takes place at the 1st/2nd...so just wait and if it's not done till then, then u know what to do
