heh, the website cannot handle the traffic apparently...took multiple attempts to even bring up the webpage, then after spending effort filling out the info, the submit is taking ages, so dont know whether it went thru or notLOL, how patheticthe submit went thru eventually with my response id as 259

yea, heh, so i gave incomplete details. my name, email, state and city. left out full address and phone number i bet they will also use this info to send paper junk mail/offers etc

was a really lengthy process and confusing too..i didnt find any place where they were asking my suggestion...i really wanted to ahve 512Kbps as minimum speed for all MTNL plans.
